Fast & flexible delivery
Same-day dispatch from Auckland
All orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same-day.
Please note this is only applicable when the items in your order are currently in stock, and not on pre-order.
Safe & secure delivery
We ship all orders with signature on delivery required. This is to protect your parcel and its valuable contents, should no one be home to receive it.
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest local post office.

Yes, we can deliver all orders to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Simply insert the details in the shipping details section during checkout.
Yes, express delivery is available on all orders for an additional fee.
We assess all warranty or defect claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure every case is handled fairly.
If we deem that there is in fact a defect in your order, we will provide you with a paid return postage label to use in returning the defective item back to us.
We currently have physical warehouses in Australia & New Zealand, and these are the only countries we can currently deliver to.
The estimated arrival date of a preorder is shown to you during checkout, and also on your order confirmation page. This timeframe usually indicates the date which the item will arrive at your doorstep. You can expect to receive your tracking number for the preorder a few days before this.
If you are not home to sign for your order, it will be taken to the nearest local post office. This is to ensure your order is kept safe, until you are ready to collect it.
