Our returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once you have completed a return of your product, our team will assess it within 24 hours of it arriving back at our warehouse.
A refund will then be credited back to your original payment method.

If you are returning the item to us due to a change of mind, you will be liable for the return postage. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees for returns.
If we sent you the wrong item, or if the item is not as described, we will provide you a paid return shipping label.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will process it within 2 working days.
We will then process your refund immediately. Please note it can take an additional 1-2 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
Yes, you are welcome to exchange your fragrance for another, provided the fragrance is new and unopened.
Any difference in price between the items will either be refunded, or will need to be paid.
If any of the items in your order arrive damaged, or in a defective conditions, we will immediately offer you a full replacement of the order, or a full refund back to your original payment method.
Please note that we may require you to return the defective items to us before a replacement or refund can be issued. In this case, we will provide a paid shipping label.
