100 Days
The Most Generous Returns Policy
We like to keep it simple. Our returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
- Request a return through your Account.
- Once your return has been approved, package your items safely.
- Lodge it at your nearest post office.
- Once we receive your return, our team physically inspect it.
- We process your refund automatically.
- If you have not heard back from us within 10 days of lodging your return, please contact us.
Important: Please do not return an item to us without first requesting a return in your Account section.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from this policy, and are not eligible for return:
- Testers
- Sample vials
- Miniature, travel sprays, or any perfume under 20ml in size
- Any items purchased on sale, at discount, or using a promotional code.
Please note that for change of mind returns, you will be liable for the return postage. There is no restocking or handling fee.
You will be refunded the full amount paid for the return item. Shipping fees are not refunded.
A refund will then be credited back to your original payment method.

Once you have completed a return of your product, our team will assess it within 24 hours of it arriving back at our warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions
We offer a 100 day return policy - the most generous return window of any beauty retailer.
The 100 day window begins on the date of shipment.
Most items which are new and unopened are eligible for return. Exceptions are: testers, items purchased on sale or using a discount code, candles, or any fragrance item 20ml of less in volume.
Simply login to your account, go to Orders, and then select the items you wish to return.
Please provide a reason for your return before submitting, so our team can assist you better!
For change of mind returns, you will be liable for return postage & handling. If there has been a mixup with your order, we will cover the return postage.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll see the credit applied to your original payment method.
Yes! During the return process, choose Exchange and select your new fragrance. If there’s a price difference, you’ll be prompted to pay or refunded the difference.
Please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
